Skimmer »Pro« Ø 10 cm

This 10 cm skimmer handles the small jobs so much better than a big spoon — I use it mostly for lifting poached eggs from hot water. The mesh is fine enough to catch even the tiniest bits, but still lets liquid drain fast.

I've been using this small skimmer for broth and soups, and the 10 cm head slides right into narrow pots without splashing. The metal feels sturdy, not flimsy like my old one, and it handles the job just fine.

The 10 cm head is just the right size for pulling foam off simmering stock without scooping up too much liquid. It's lightweight and gets the job done quickly, which is exactly what I needed for everyday straining.
