2 Butter and decorating knives

These two knives are a perfect everyday kitchen duo—the decorating knife’s pointed tip makes intricate work on cakes surprisingly easy. I’m really impressed with how smoothly the butter knife spreads even cold butter without tearing the bread.

Finally, a butter knife that actually spreads cold butter without tearing my bread apart. The slightly serrated edge on one of the knives is perfect for getting a smooth, even layer.

These knives have a nice heft in hand and the edges glide smoothly, making spreading butter on toast feel effortless. I've already used them for trimming cake layers and they work perfectly for that.
