The bristles are stiff enough to handle thick dough but gentle on non-stick pans, and the smaller brush is perfect for detailed work like buttering muffin tins.

Having both the 1-inch and 1.5-inch widths on hand means I can switch between detailed work and larger glazing jobs without fumbling for a different brush. The wooden handles feel comfortable and well-weighted in my hand.

The 1.5-inch brush is just the right width for glazing a whole loaf of bread in one swipe. I like having the smaller one handy for detail work on pastries. These are sturdy and have held up well through several bakes.
