蛋糕定型環「驚喜」, 15 公分高

I love how the 15‑cm height gives me plenty of room to create tall, dramatic layer cakes without the sides collapsing. It’s sturdy enough that I can transport the whole ring to a party and just lift it off at the last minute.

I used this ring to stack a three-layer mousse cake for a party, and the 15 cm height gave me plenty of room without spillover. It held everything steady while I filled the layers.
