組合刨絲器 »Technicus-Pro«，中細雙面，40 公分

The fine grating side shreds carrots into a perfect, fluffy pile without any of the chunks I always got from my old box grater. Cleanup is just a quick rinse, and the handle stays comfortable even after grating a whole block of Parmesan.

The 40 cm length gives me great leverage, making quick work of a block of Parmesan without straining my wrist. It handles both fine and medium grates cleanly without the food getting jammed up on the back.

The two grating sides on this 40 cm grater make quick work of both hard cheese for pasta and fine zest for baking, and the long handle keeps my knuckles well clear of the blades.
