煎炒夾 »Gentle Plus«

The hinge action is smooth and the grip feels secure even when my hands are a bit greasy from frying. They’ve held up well through daily use and make serving a much cleaner job.

These tongs grip fried fish and veggies without tearing them apart, which is exactly what I needed. The silicone tips are gentle on my nonstick pan too, and they're sturdy enough for serving salads.

I bought these for flipping delicate fish fillets, and the soft edges really do spare the skin from tearing. They’re sturdy enough for serving roasted potatoes too. Only wish the handles were a bit longer so my knuckles stay clear of the hot pan.
