The stainless steel feels sturdy and the opening is wide enough to load ground meat without constant scooping. My first batch of bratwurst came out evenly filled with no annoying air pockets.

The funnel slides smoothly into the casing without tearing, which makes the whole process much less frustrating. Cleanup was quick since the wide opening doesn't trap meat.

This funnel set makes sausage filling much easier than my old method. The size 5 funnel fits nicely into standard casings, though I wish it came with a second, smaller size option. It feels sturdy enough for regular weekend batches.
