陶瓷刨絲器

Grated a block of parmesan without the cheese sticking or the surface dulling, which I didn’t expect from ceramic. Cleanup was just a quick rinse under the tap, and it’s still as sharp as the day it arrived.

Zested a whole lemon this morning and it glided through like butter, no clogging at all. The ceramic surface rinses clean in seconds which honestly makes me reach for it over my old metal one every single time now.

I was skeptical about a ceramic grater at first, but the surface stays sharp and hasn't dulled at all. It's perfect for zesting a lemon without tearing up the peel.
