I was nervous about veggies falling through the grill grates, but the wok’s deep, sloped sides caught everything I tossed in, and the long handle stayed cool enough to grip comfortably while I stirred.

The wok shape makes tossing vegetables on the grill so much easier than a flat grate. I used it for peppers and chicken last night and everything cooked evenly with no sticking.

The wok's shape makes it really easy to toss veggies and meat together on the grill. It's a bit smaller than I expected, so I can't do huge batches, but it gets the job done for two people.
