烤箱夾

Finally, a pair of tongs that doesn't slip when I'm pulling a casserole out of the oven. The grip is solid and the length keeps my knuckles clear of the heat, which makes a huge difference on busy cooking nights.

I've been using these to lift hot dishes out of the oven without burning my forearms, and the secure grip really does hold steady even on a heavy roasting pan. The metal feels sturdy enough for daily use.

Turning hot sheet pans on the grill used to mean oven mitts and a lot of swearing, but these tongs grab a roast chicken and flip it without slipping. The grip is firm enough that I don't feel like I'm about to drop dinner on the floor.
