The handle stays cool even when I leave it resting in a hot pan, which I didn't expect. It's sturdy enough for lifting chunks of meat out of the skillet, not just stirring.

Used this all week for stirring sauces and lifting veggies out of the pan, and it's held up great. The edge is thin enough to scrape the bottom without scratching, which I didn't expect at this price.

The spoon part is wide enough to actually lift a whole piece of chicken out of the pan without it slipping off. Only thing is the handle feels a bit short when I'm working in my deeper stockpot. Solid everyday tool for stirring and serving.
