The aluminium blade glides under the dough without sticking, and the long handle keeps my hands well away from the heat. It’s light enough for quick slides, and cleanup is just a quick rinse.

Took this out for a homemade pizza night and it slid the pie onto the stone perfectly. The handle is long enough to keep my hands far from the heat, which I really appreciate.
