Finally, a tool that makes quick work of those tiny eggs—the curved blades line up perfectly so you don’t crush the shell. I’ve been using it every morning for my soft-boiled quail eggs and it cuts cleanly without any mess.

It does exactly what it says—the scissor-style blades snip the shell cleanly without crushing the egg. Took me a minute to get the angle right, but once I did, it was way faster than a knife.

These scissors made snipping the tip off tiny quail eggs so much easier than using a knife. I just wish the handles had a slightly better grip when my hands were wet.
