旋轉刨絲器 »Schnitzel Mouli«

The suction base holds firm on my countertop, so I can grate a whole block of cheese one-handed without chasing the grater around. It's surprisingly fast for such a compact tool.

I was skeptical about another gadget cluttering my drawer, but this rotary grater actually earns its spot. The crank mechanism glides through a block of cheese in seconds, and cleanup is just a quick rinse because the drum comes out easily.

Took it out for some carrot shredding and was surprised how fast the grating drum works compared to my old box grater. Cleanup is quick since the plastic parts rinse off easily.
