This thing has some real heft to it, which makes scooping up a heavy lasagna slice feel secure and balanced. The wide, flat head is perfect for getting under food without it crumbling apart.

The handle is solid and feels really well-balanced, so scooping and serving is effortless. I particularly like how the angled head makes plating look clean and neat.

The spatula does the job for everyday plating, though the head feels a bit flimsy when scooping heavier portions. Sturdy handle, but I wish the edge were slightly thinner for cleaner cuts through casseroles.
