Skimmer »Pro« Ø 10 cm

I've been using this small skimmer for broth and soups, and the 10 cm head slides right into narrow pots without splashing. The metal feels sturdy, not flimsy like my old one, and it handles the job just fine.

The 10 cm head is just the right size for pulling foam off simmering stock without scooping up too much liquid. It's lightweight and gets the job done quickly, which is exactly what I needed for everyday straining.

Finally got around to using this skimmer and am surprised by how well the 10 cm head fits into smaller pots without splashing. It handles most of my straining needs without taking up much drawer space. Really glad I picked this up for everyday cooking.
