Grated a whole block of hard cheese this morning and it glided through without any wobble. The sturdy steel build means it doesn't flex like my old plastic one, and cleanup took just a quick rinse. This thing's clearly built for daily abuse, which is exactly what I needed.

The steel body feels solid and doesn't flex at all when I press a block of cheddar against it. Cleaned up fine under warm water too, no rust spots after a few weeks.

I've been grating carrots and blocks of parmesan with this thing for a couple weeks now and it hasn't dulled a bit. The steel build is genuinely sturdy, no flexing or wobble while you press down hard. Way better than the flimsy one I had before.
