The adjustable blade actually gives me uniform cucumber and carrot slices in seconds, which I never managed with a plain knife. It's sturdy enough that I don't worry about it wobbling mid-cut. Cleanup takes a bit of rinsing under the tap, but that's a small trade-off.

Prepping dinner used to take forever, but this slicer cuts through bell peppers and zucchini in seconds with minimal effort. It's sturdy and easy to use, and cleaning it afterward takes no time at all. Definitely a staple in my kitchen now.

Carrots and cucumbers come out in even slices every time, which finally got me to stop dreading salad prep. The hand guard is a nice touch too — my fingers are intact after a month of daily use.
