The skin came out perfectly crisp and the meat was juicy all the way through, which never happens in my regular oven. The upright design let the heat hit every side evenly, and cleanup was easy since the juices dripped straight down.

It does a solid job with even cooking and the upright design keeps the bird off the pan, but the whole thing felt a bit wobbly when I loaded a heavier chicken onto it. Juicy results, just wish the base was sturdier for the price.
