Whisk »Pro«, approx. 28 cm, flexible

Bought this specifically because the flexible head doesn't miss the corners of my mixing bowls, and the 28 cm length gives good leverage without being awkward. It handled a thick batter and a delicate egg white without any bending issues.

Finally a whisk that actually reaches the bottom corners of my mixing bowls without me having to tilt them awkwardly. The flexibility makes whipping cream and folding batter feel much smoother than my old stiff one.
