Finally, a zester that actually grips the fruit instead of slipping all over the place. The stainless steel blade is nice and sharp, making quick work of removing just the zest without any of the bitter pith. This little gadget has completely replaced my old peeler for any citrus garnish.

It slices citrus peel super thin without much effort, and the stainless steel feels sturdy enough to last. Took a bit of practice to get the angle right, but once I did, it made garnishing drinks look way fancier than my old grater.
