I was surprised how lightweight these tongs are without feeling flimsy, and the long handles keep my hands well away from the hot oil. Perfect for flipping fried chicken and then serving it straight to the plate.

These tongs have a solid grip that makes flipping hot food feel a lot safer, and they're long enough to keep my hands clear of splatter. They've become my go-to for serving straight from the pan to the plate.

Works well for flipping and serving, and the grip feels secure even when my hands are a bit wet. Only gripe is the hinge is a little stiff at first, but it loosens up after a few uses. Does the job for everyday frying without any fuss.
