Grater »Technicus-Square«, coarse, 32 cm

The coarse surface tears through carrots and cheese with zero effort, and the 32 cm body gives me plenty of clearance over the bowl. It’s become my go-to for quick prep, and cleanup is a breeze since nothing sticks to the stainless steel.

Finally got around to using this for a block of Parmesan and the 32 cm length gives you great leverage without feeling awkward. The coarse grating is consistent, though I wish the handle had a bit more grip.

The 32 cm length is just right for grating blocks of cheese without scraping my knuckles on the board. My only small wish is that the handle had a bit more grip when my hands get wet.
