Mincing plate, 8 mm, size 10

Swapped out my old plate for this one and the 8 mm holes make a noticeable difference in how evenly the meat grinds. Fits my size 10 grinder perfectly and feels solidly made for the price.

Finally got this to replace my worn-out plate and the 8mm holes are exactly what I needed for a consistent coarse grind. It fits my size 10 grinder perfectly, no wobble at all.

The 8mm holes give a nice, even grind without clogging up, which is exactly what I needed as a spare. It slid right into my size 10 grinder with no fuss, and the metal feels sturdy enough for regular use. Second one I’ve bought, and it’s worked flawlessly both times.
