Finally a peeler that actually stays sharp after a dozen uses, the fixed blade feels sturdy and controlled. It handles potatoes and carrots in seconds without the awkward wobble of cheap swivel peelers.

This peeler has the exact right balance of sharpness and safety—the fixed blade is sturdy enough for potatoes but doesn't feel dangerous. I grabbed a bulk pack for the kitchen team and everyone agrees it's a solid, no-fuss tool that gets the job done quickly.

It works fine for basic peeling, though the fixed blade means you can't replace it when it dulls. The handle feels a bit slippery when wet.
