مبشرة طعام خام ومفردة »غالانت«

The grating surface is sharp enough to handle carrots without slipping, and the handle stays dry even when my hands are wet. Cleanup is quick since it rinses off in seconds under the faucet.

This thing is so compact it lives in my utensil drawer without hogging space, yet it handles a whole cucumber in seconds. The grating surface is sharp enough that I don’t have to press hard, which saves my wrists when I’m making a quick salad for lunch. Exactly what I needed for single portions.

Grating a single carrot for a salad took me about a minute, and the raw food setting handled it cleanly without clogging. It's a bit bulky for my small drawer, but for everyday single portions it does exactly what it should.
