مبشرة ملعقة / مبشرة زنجبيل

Grated fresh ginger straight into my stir-fry tonight, and the spoon design caught every bit of juice and pulp instead of letting it drip onto the cutting board. Took me a solid minute to scrub the little nubs clean, but that’s a fair trade for how much flavor it releases.

I love how the spoon shape lets me grate ginger right over the pan without making a mess. It’s super easy to hold and the sharp edge works perfectly every time.

The ceramic edge is surprisingly sharp and the spoon shape really does make it easy to grate ginger straight over the pan without any mess. I've been using it daily since it arrived and it's already saved me from washing a separate cutting board.
